Utility Infrastructure

Utilities with heavy dependence on coal-fired power plants (CFPP) for electric power generation can diversify their production by integrating EOS installations. Operators will realize substantial benefit from simultaneously producing power and substantially increasing revenue via commodity chemical production. EOS processing modules respond instantly to electric loads, allowing users to run continuously and/or during peak power demand periods. In this way, utilities can satisfy peak power demands while reducing dependence on open market power purchases.

In addition to the economic benefits, utilities will reduce their CO2 production by transitioning their generation from CFPP to EOS.
